Nippertime Preschool has a range of policies and procedures in place to ensure that our working practice is of high quality and meets the needs of all children in our care.

Our policies and procedures are underpinned by the Department for Education, Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundations Stage (EYFS) which sets national standards for learning, development and care for children from birth to five

The EYFS seeks to provide:

• Quality and consistency in all early year’s settings

• A secure foundation for learning and development

• Partnership working between practitioners and parents

• Equality of opportunity and anti-discriminatory practice

Copies of our policies are emailed to parents when on a yearly basis, when they are updated or when a child starts.
